The backup operation failed

The backup operation failed when I upgraded HBS from version v4.9.3 to v5.2.2.1 (newest version)
The massage is as follows

Backup mode: Incremental
Compress level: Medium
Encryption mode: None
Checking file system, please wait...
The operation of checking file system is complete.
Backing up, please wait...
The backup operation failed, please contact us for support.
The system cannot read from the specified device. (0x0C8C006200000057)
The operation was not successful.
