Doesn't work on my Windows 11

I'm trying to encrypt C drive and after my PC reloads, I'm getting an error saying "failed to load system API".
In the bitlocker logs I can see a message saying "BOOTMGR is compressed" (I'm attaching the log).
I tried to disabled Windows defender and etc, but it didn't help...

I am very sorry for the late response due to holidays. So this problem happens in Pre-OS WinPE? Please open the save log file dialog ("" > "Save logs") and save the log file when the problem occurs, then send the log file to us. Please note that what we need is a log file generated in Pre-OS WinPE. Thanks.
