Why did you do that? After you create the Windows To Go drive, maybe you can use a third-party partitioning tool to resize the partition.

Sorry, WinToUSB doesn't support it. Please try third-party partitioning tool (acronis disk director suite, minitool partition wizard, et c) to resize the partition after creating the W2G drive.
