Even stranger. Last evening, suspecting browser caching issues, I cleared my EDGE browser's download cache and redownloaded OPEs from both of your downloaders. Result: both were the same (Win10-based).
This morning, to eliminate any browser caching issues (but not any CDN issues if you use one), I used the CHROME browser and did the same as last night (after downloading fresh copies of both your downloaders). Result: same as above, both OPEs were Win10-based.
Any ideas...
