Those two options are not meant as global options but as a flag selector for the current folder/path/file filter to add.
Example:
- You want to add a new folder c:\mytemp by selecting Filter Type "Folder path" and selecting the folder in "Folder path".
- Now you can select those two options to further(?)* exclude system files or hidden files for the selected path.
- When you hit "add" those two options are represented by the Flags, so for example "SHR" means everything was ticked.
*But still, this doesn't explain what those two flags actually mean for Filter type "Folder path", "Folder path + File name" and "File name". Would love an explanation for this, too
