EMail notifications are not working

Hello,
  I have enabled e-mail notifications, test message is sent ok but not when the backup completes.
  I'm using hosting account with TLS. (not gmail, yahoo etc)



Any ideas ?

Regarding the issue, please click "" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected], and we will resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.
