BackupMainUI.exe and BackupCmdUI.exe doesn't need elevated privileges, could it be that antivirus software is interfering with it?
Tested without anti-virus running... same issues (only runs elevated otherwise locks up)
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but the problem remains.
The final solution that did work:
* uninstall AND remove the HasLeo program directory AND all its contents
* reinstall
that worked!
Some file must have been corrupted and not replaced by re-installation perhaps?
