Just entering the password to unlock the drive isn't enough, you need to completely turn off BitLocker encryption on the virtual disk for the Windows To Go Upgrader to work properly. And Windows To Go Upgrader will automatically mount the virtual disk, so make sure that the virtual disk is not mounted.
