Hi I think I have the same Error Message. But I am Booting on a normal windows 11 installation from which i run Windows to go upgrader:
I have pugged in a drive with Windows to go 11 (not booted from). I think I used WintoUSB to create that.
The Drive is Bitlocker encrypted. I can not install these two updates inside of Windows to go:

If I mount the drive on the upgrader host I get this:

If I mount/decrypt the win2USB.vhdx it looks like this (its now mounted on Drive F
