Program downloads WinPE in online mode, and if windows be offline, the Error show.
Also, "WinpeGetType" in "WinToHDD.ini" is 0 in default.

I download offline WinPE Package. but it does not work, after double click on .exe file does not happen anything...
There's no crash file here, the program may be blocked by ant-ivirus software, so please temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software or add our WinPEDownloader.exe to the list of allowed applications (may be called Trusted Applications/Whitelisted applications) of your anti-virus software and try again.
