I have quite a few linux distro's sometimes a new install places new entries in the UEFI that try to jump to the top of the boot order, or the UEFI is messed up after "save and exit" command leaving the UEFI setup utility.I go around and around sometimes, disabling entries, lowering the priority of entries until I get it just right. After I get it just right I try and not use "save and exit" in the UEFI firmware.I use "discard changes and reset"This lets the settings you did using EasyUEFI stay put.Not sure if this will help you guys but I thought I would give my two cents worth.Knock on Wood, my settings from EASYUEFI are holding.
I can not choose the partition to create the boot .
