I have Hasleo Backup Suite Free, version 4.9.3, installed. I verify the integrity of a backup image by selecting the below. By doing so, I expect the program to remember my choices. Acronis and Macrium Backup systems do but Hasleo does not. I have to enter these selections each time I do a backup. Is there a way to make the selections stick? I welcome all replies and thank you in advance.
1. Select Disk/Partition Backup
2. Select Backup Options
3. Select Advanced
4. Select Check the integrity of the backup image files on completion
5. Select Complete image check

We tested and it doesn't seem to have the issue you mentioned, are you sure you're using V4.9.3? Please note that you need to click the OK button after changing the setting to save it.

I do have V4.9.3 and I have clicked the OK button to save my selections. And, after doing this the program does verify the integrity as I want. But, the next time I run the program my selections are gone. I will wait for the next version, remove V4.9.3 using RevoUninstall, install the new version, and see what happens. As I said earlier I have had no problem with the selections verifying integrity with Acronis, Macrium Reflect, and SnapShop. So, it isn't as if I don't know what I am doing. Oh well, who knows...
thanks for replying.

Did you restore the Windows OS and this option was not set in the backed up Windows OS? If not then we'll investigate this carefully.

No, I did not restore the Windows OS. I do full backups twice a month but have had no reason to restore.

It's strange that this problem can't be reproduced on our side, has anyone else encountered this problem?
