I noticed that older versions of the program (4.9.0) are no longer supported by you, (as it says in the message when I try to start the program and that I have to update), and do not work anymore, so I wonder if version 4.9.5 will also stop working in a while, and if every version of the program will stop working if it's not updated in say a couple of months or so.

Yes, all current versions are time-limited. Regarding this limitation, the main purpose is to hope that users will update to the new version as soon as possible, because we don't have much time and manpower to deal with the problems of the old version.

I was concerned that there could be a situation where a new version was
not available and I would not have access to my previous backups.
I always make sure I have a rescue/emergency iso created.
To test, I used an old rescue/emergency iso of version (4.8)
(4.8 is no longer a working version)
I'm pleased to report that the rescue/emergency still worked.
In fact, while booted from the rescue/emergency media I could
also create new backups if needed.
Bottom line:
My testing would indicate that my backups are safe for recovery no matter
what the status of the Hasleo version... perhaps Admin could confirm
my findings?
HTH anyone concerned.

ISO has no lifetime limit, it can be used forever.
