1. Fixed bug: Backup to FAT32 volumes or network share volumes may fail
2. Fixed bug: Cannot save access credentials for network shares
3. Fixed bug: Incremental backup of file backup feature becomes slow
4. Fixed some bugs to improve product quality

Great software! Kudos to the developers! As a long time user of Macrium Reflect (since its v5, and until 8.1), I discovered the HBS and I am just thrilled about it. Lightweight app, easy and quick to install, responds well and is packed with features not falling behind to Macrium Reflect X. Just awesome. Everything works as it should, no problems whatsover, at least on my system (Win 11 Pro x64, 24H2, system drive on M.2 NVMe Samsung 990 Pro SSD disk, Intel Core i9, 64 GB RAM). Smooth backups, smooth restores, easy to handle and configure. Keep up this good job, this is a truly successful project. I can only recommend it to all those who have not discovered it yet.

Thanks so much for this. It was a long search until I came across your Backup Suite that works with my arm chipset on Microsoft Surface 11 pro and WIndows 11 Home. Very fast!!
Is it a bug or a feature that encryption is greyed out in settings? I can't specify a password. I would feel more comfortable with encrypted backups.

You'll need to tick "Enable encryption" before you can enter the encryption password.

Unfortunately, the tick box is inactive, too.
Are you trying to change the settings for an existing task? Please note that the compression level, encryption, etc., can only be set when the task is created and cannot be changed.

I'm glad to hear that a long-time user of Macrium Reflect thinks that Backup Suite is not lagging behind Macrium Reflect X. Compared to Macrium Reflect, Hasleo Backup Suite is still very young, and there are still many things that need to be improved, and we will continue to work on it. Thanks.
